Nine years ago, Trang “Lena” Le touched down in Houston from Vietnam. After a lifetime of working odd jobs and no cooking experience, Le, who is known by most as Lena, inadvertently stumbled into a short yet incredibly fast-paced career in cuisine. In just seven years, she has worked in Houston’s top restaurants, dabbled in private cooking and started her own non-profit.
